Laurie’s Certified Construction can build an addition to your existing house or garage.  We do everything from the excavation and concrete to the actual building and all interior finishes.  If you are the "do it yourself" type homeowner and you only want the bare bones of a structure put up so you can finish it off yourself, we can do that for you as well.  Many of our clients want to do some part of their project themselves - no problem!  For instance, you may want to build a second story addition over your existing house.  We can take off the existing roof structure, frame the second story addition, install the windows, siding and roofing and leave the interior for you to finish yourself.  We also have the ability to take a picture of your existing building, do a Three-D drawing of  the addition and present you with a  “walk through” tour of your new addition!
