Founder Laurie Goldsmith entered the construction industry more than two decades ago, learning the business from the ground up. She worked through challenges that might have discouraged others, including navigating a traditionally male-dominated field, recovering from serious health obstacles, and rebuilding her business after economic hardship. Her persistence, hands-on experience, and commitment to doing things right became the foundation of the company.
